Dual-Zone Wine Storage
The independently controlled zones provide flexibility for organizing different wine styles within one refrigerator. The upper zone adjusts from 35°F to 54°F (2°C to 12°C), while the lower zone adjusts from 54°F to 68°F (12°C to 20°C).
This configuration allows users to establish separate temperature settings for different wines while keeping the entire collection organized within one full-height unit.
Large-Capacity Wine Collection Storage
With 15.00 cu. ft. of interior volume, the KBU425DX-FG provides storage for up to 159 bottles. The tall cabinet format makes efficient use of vertical space while providing full-height access to the wine collection.
The storage system accommodates standard wine bottles as well as larger bottles up to 3.39 inches (86 mm) in diameter. Bottle capacity may vary depending on bottle shape, size, and shelf arrangement.
Full-Extension Shelving
The full-extension pull-out shelves are designed to provide easier access to bottles positioned deeper inside the cabinet. The shelving configuration can be arranged to suit the collection and accommodate different bottle sizes.
Low-E Glass Door
The Low-E glass door is designed to reduce condensation while improving insulation. It also provides a clear view of the wine collection, making it easier to identify and access bottles without repeatedly opening the door.
The current model is available with a borderless black glass door or glass door with stainless steel trim, depending on the selected configuration.
Built-In or Freestanding Installation
The front-venting design allows the wine cooler to be integrated into suitable cabinetry without requiring rear clearance for normal operation. It can also be used as a freestanding appliance.
For built-in installation, follow the manufacturer's specified cutout dimensions and allow adequate space for door movement, shelf extension, installation, and servicing.
When installing between frameless cabinets, a 1/2-inch (12 mm) filler strip or side panel may be required on the hinge side to provide unobstructed door movement.

Installation Notes
Install the wine cooler on a level surface and position it according to the manufacturer's specified dimensions. The front-venting configuration supports built-in installation, while additional space is recommended to facilitate installation, ventilation efficiency, and maintenance access.
Make sure the installation location provides adequate room for the door to open fully and for the full-extension shelves to pull out without obstruction.
Care & Maintenance
Clean the interior and exterior surfaces regularly using suitable non-abrasive cleaning materials. Keep the front ventilation area unobstructed and follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions.
For consistent operation, avoid unnecessarily frequent or prolonged door openings and operate the appliance within the manufacturer's specified ambient temperature range.
