The Arteflame ONE30 combines a large flat-top griddle with an open-flame center grill in a 30-inch outdoor cooking system. Standing at 30 inches tall, it is designed for tableside grilling and family-style outdoor entertaining, with more than 700 square inches of cooking space.
Made from high-grade CORTEN steel with a 3/8-inch solid carbon steel cooktop, the ONE30 provides multiple cooking zones from a single wood or charcoal fire. Grill, griddle, sear, roast, or transition to an outdoor fire bowl after cooking.

Flat-Top Griddle and Grill in One
The solid steel cooktop provides a broad flat surface for foods that are difficult to prepare on traditional grill grates, including vegetables, eggs, bacon, pancakes, seafood, and burgers. The center grill grate provides a dedicated open-flame cooking area for foods that benefit from direct grilling.
The cooking surface naturally creates different heat zones as the temperature moves outward from the center fire, allowing different foods to be prepared simultaneously.

At 30 inches tall, the ONE30 is positioned at tabletop height, making it suitable for placing alongside an outdoor dining table. Its 30-inch cooking surface provides ample room for preparing food while entertaining family and guests.
CORTEN Steel Construction

Care and Maintenance
After cooking, scrape food residue from the warm cooktop and apply a light coat of cooking oil to maintain the seasoned cooking surface. Once the grill has cooled completely, remove accumulated ash and keep the drainage openings clear.
Because the cooktop is carbon steel, it should be maintained similarly to a seasoned griddle. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and excessive scrubbing of the seasoned surface.
