The Arteflame 40-Inch Stainless Steel Fire Pit Grill with Cooktop combines an outdoor grill, flat-top griddle, and fire pit in one versatile cooking system. Its 40-inch diameter provides more than 1,250 square inches of cooking space, with a solid steel cooktop surrounding a center grill grate for direct open-flame cooking.
The fire bowl is formed from a single piece of stainless steel with a seamless construction and brushed finish. After cooking, the removable cooktop can be lifted away to reveal the open fire bowl for relaxing around the fire.

Grill and Griddle in One
The solid steel cooktop provides a broad flat cooking surface around the center fire. Its flat surface is suitable for foods such as vegetables, burgers, bacon, eggs, seafood, and other foods that benefit from griddle-style cooking.
The center grill grate provides a dedicated area for direct cooking over the fire. This combination lets you use the same fire for both flat-top cooking and traditional grilling.
Stainless Steel Fire Bowl
The fire bowl is spun from a single piece of stainless steel, giving it a smooth, seamless appearance without welded joints in the bowl. The stainless steel finish provides a bright, modern alternative to Arteflame's CORTEN steel models and does not develop the same rust-colored patina.
From Grill to Fire Pit
When cooking is finished, the 1/2-inch solid steel cooktop can be removed to expose the open fire bowl. The unit can then be enjoyed as an outdoor fire pit, making it suitable for both outdoor cooking and gatherings around an open fire.
Airflow Design
Ten precision 1-inch openings in the bottom of the fire bowl allow air to enter from below the fire. This airflow design supports combustion and helps the fire burn efficiently.

Care and Maintenance
Allow the fire and cooking surface to cool before removing ash. Clean the stainless steel bowl as needed with an appropriate stainless steel-safe cleaning method.
The solid steel cooktop should be treated like a seasoned griddle. After cooking, scrape away food residue while the surface is warm and apply a light coat of cooking oil to maintain the cooking surface.
For outdoor installation, place the fire pit on an appropriate non-combustible surface and follow local fire-safety requirements, clearances, and regulations.
