Built-In or Freestanding Installation
The front-venting design allows the unit to be installed within suitable outdoor cabinetry or used as a freestanding refrigerator. No rear clearance is required for operation, although KingsBottle recommends allowing additional space where practical to support installation, ventilation efficiency, and maintenance access.
For built-in installations, the surrounding cabinetry and cutout should follow the manufacturer's installation dimensions. A 1/2-inch filler strip or side panel may be needed on the hinge side when installed between frameless cabinets to provide adequate door movement.
