Dual-Zone Wine & Beverage Storage
The independently controlled upper and lower zones provide flexibility for storing different types of wine and beverages at separate temperatures. The upper zone operates from 35°F to 54°F (2°C to 12°C), while the lower zone operates from 54°F to 68°F (12°C to 20°C).
This configuration makes it possible to organize a larger collection by beverage type while maintaining separate temperature settings within one upright refrigerator.
Large-Capacity Storage
With 15 cu. ft. of total interior volume, the KBU425DX-FG HYBRID provides substantial storage in a vertical footprint. The manufacturer lists capacity for up to 81 bottles and 216 cans, giving users flexibility to combine wine storage with chilled beverages.
The shelving system is designed to accommodate different bottle and can sizes, including larger wine bottles up to 3.39 inches (86 mm) in diameter.
Low-E Glass Door
The Low-E glass door is designed to reduce condensation while improving insulation. It also provides visibility into the interior, making it easier to view and organize the wine and beverage collection.
Built-In or Freestanding Installation
Front ventilation allows the refrigerator to be integrated into suitable cabinetry without requiring rear clearance for normal operation. The unit can also be used as a freestanding appliance.
For built-in installation, follow the manufacturer's specified cutout dimensions and allow sufficient space for door movement, installation, ventilation efficiency, and future maintenance.
When installing between frameless cabinets, a 1/2-inch (12 mm) filler strip or side panel may be required on the hinge side to provide unobstructed door movement.

Installation Notes
Install the wine and beverage center on a level surface and position it according to the manufacturer's specified dimensions. The front-venting configuration supports built-in installation without rear operating clearance, while additional space is recommended to make installation, ventilation, and maintenance easier.
Make sure the installation location provides adequate room for the door to open fully and for the pull-out shelves to be accessed without obstruction.
Care & Maintenance
Keep the interior and exterior surfaces clean using suitable non-abrasive cleaning materials. Keep ventilation areas unobstructed and follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions.
